Which office do you work in? Most of the time I am directly at Zionsville, but I help out at all of the offices!
What is your position? I am an Administrative Assistant
How long have you done that job at this office? I’ve been working for Dr. Villanueva since July 2024.
How long have you done that altogether?
I was previously working as a dental assistant for 5 years and decided I was ready to move up in the dental world to help on an administrative level.
Where did you go to school/get certified for this job? I went to Franklin Dental Assisting School in Franklin, Indiana.
What’s your favorite part of the job?
My favorite part of my job is working for a company that values spending quality time with patients to educate and ensure the highest quality dental care in provided every time.
What’s the main thing you want patients to know about our practice?
I want patients to know that when they step into our office, they are in great hands. All of our doctors are the best of the best. The collaboration of our entire team of doctors from all of our offices, along with our referring offices, is huge in ensuring a patient is getting the best diagnosis and treatment planning. We are a group of dental professionals that pride our company on truly putting patients first.
What are some other jobs you’ve held in the past?
I previously worked as an orthodontic assistant. I would start patients of all ages with braces or Invisalign treatment, make retainers, and educate patients to ensure they are on the road to success with their treatment. Along with clinical work, I helped out with social media content, filled in at the front desk when needed, and was an on-call assistant for after hour emergencies. While in dental assisting school, I worked for OrangeTheory Fitness gym at the front desk taking calls, walking new members through their first class, and helping members stay consistent with the workout journey.
Where are you from?
I am from Indianapolis, IN. During my elementary school years, my family lived in St. Petersburg, Fl and Scottsville, KY, before returning back to Indianapolis, closer to my junior high years. I now live on the southside of Indy!

Do you have any pets? I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a German Shepherd
What are your hobbies/interests?
Some of my interests and hobbies include traveling, trying to restaurants with my boyfriend, going to Disney parks, and visiting my mother in Arkansas and my siblings and nephews in Florida.

Quirky, positive, and unapologetically myself

I don’t really have a favorite quote.

What is your favorite book and/or movie genre? I do not read but I love all movies, mostly sci-fi and rom-coms!
Where is your favorite vacation spot? My favorite vacation spot is on a cruise in the Caribbean.
Where would you like to visit that you haven’t already been? I would like to visit any where in Europe or Japan!
What sports teams do you root for?
I don’t typically watch sports but my brother in-law works for the University or Florida, so Go Gators!
